New Wynnebrook is a strategic initiative of the WORC-SJU University Community Partnership. The mission is to create economic and social value for the stakeholders of the greater Wynnefield and Overbrook communities.

The W/O Revitalization Corporation will provide the tools and implement programs that will stabilize and renew the community. These tools will enable neighborhood success by improving our strengths, making major and minor improvements that will stem the spread of neighborhood problems by leveraging counterpoised assets that are marketable.
