Welcome to the new site of the Wynnefield Overbrook Revitalization Corporation, a nonprofit community and economic development corporation which is engaged in the stabilization and revitalization of Philadelphia’s Overbrook & Wynnefield (Wynnebrook) neighborhoods.

We are an emerging company that seeks to provide services to two great communities. Our Board has worked for the last 5 years to create an organization that will be a cornerstone resource for our community, working to preserve housing and commercial real estate, attract new residents, improve the quality of life and increase civic pride in our neighborhood.

Based on the work we have done so far, we have identified five guiding cultural points for our new company. They are:

We are seeking to actively collaborate with our stakeholders: other nonprofit organizations, corporations and governments. Most importantly, we will build trust throughout our community to help ensure the constant input and participation of our residents.
